I began my journey with Past Life Regression Therapy, curious about who I might have been in past lives. My higher mind would guide me to clear “present day” trauma first. What I didn’t expect was how powerful present-life regression and inner child healing would be. Using gentle trance states, I uncovered deep, hidden trauma, and with it, the release of sadness, anger, and rage I didn’t even know I was carrying.

Hidden imprints

Before regression therapy, I had no idea how much my unresolved trauma was shaping my life and relationships. But once I began the work, especially learning about the power and effort of true integration, everything changed.

Facing the Shadow

Life isn't perfect, and I still feel pain at times. But I no longer project my emotions onto others or blame my parents or partners for how I show up. Regression therapy helped me locate the original wounds, and with that awareness, real change began.

Growing up the inner child

No longer identifying with trauma

The space I gained through this work became filled with self-love. I hadn't realised how much hidden energy was blocking me from my authentic self.

While past life work was insightful, present life regression was more impactful and current. However the power of Past Life Regression revealed recurring patterns and repeated cycles, albeit with different characters, set and settings. Almost like a different movie.

This deepened my understanding of my soul’s journey, and those I share this life with, bringing with it far greater compassion and understanding of my ancestral lineage and how that impacts our life

Healing emotional wounds and energy blocks through is an incredible process. Entering Past Life’s to clear emotional wounds may seem confronting, so its only natural that Past life healing can raise certain questions marks, especially if you're an atheist, skeptic, or even an open-minded agnostic

But in what I call “real reality” the inner world shaped by trauma, clarity can be elusive. Many people live with distorted perceptions caused by unresolved emotional pain and blocked energy. Regression therapy is a powerful form of energy work that helps clear these imprints safely, without retraumatising.

The body stores everything, and with the right guidance, we can begin to release it.

Your higher self knows where healing is most needed, and in most cases, present life work is where the soul leads first. Past life insights can be profound, but only when the foundation is ready.

This program blends gentle yoga and somatic movement to keep energy flowing and help you feel grounded in your body. You’ll also be guided through breathwork and mindfulness practices to support emotional balance and inner calm.

Additionally, I hold a bi-weekly group healing and energy work online circle to deepen the integration.
