For nearly 20 years, I've enjoyed a life as a successful bodyworker and healer in Brighton & Hove, integrating structural bodywork, deep tissue massage, myo-fascial release, Thai massage, and trauma-informed therapies. My training includes Anatomy Trains with Tom Myers, the Barral Institute, Advanced Rolfer Art Riggs, and Wat Pho in Thailand.

Alongside bodywork, I've spent many years studying Core Shamanism in Peru and Scotland, and more recently specialised in Past Life and Between Lives Regression Therapy.

My work is rooted in my own journey of healing childhood trauma through bodywork, meditation, ritual, and spiritual practice. Every session is a collaborative process of deep listening, presence, and creating a safe space for meaningful transformation.

Away from my work, I feel incredibly fortunate to be the father of a wonderful daughter and part of a loving family. I have a lifelong passion for symbolism, Tarot, dreamwork, lucid dreaming, and exploring the deeper language of the soul. My love of learning, meditation, motorcycle journeys, and time spent healing and studying in Peru, California, and Southeast Asia have profoundly shaped both my own path and the way I hold space for others.
