About Me

For nearly 20 years, I’ve worked as a mixed-medium bodyworker and healer based in Brighton and Hove UK, specialising in structural, clinical, and trauma-focussed therapies, including Shamanic healing , Regression Therapy and varied space holding. My work is deeply influenced by a lifelong journey of self-inquiry and spiritual exploration through mediation, ritual and ceremony including a past working with sacred plants. I see my work as an extension of ritual, every bodywork session and every healing session is an opportunity for learning, and listening without judgment or forcing advices. My interest’s have included Buddhism, Jungian Studies, Gnosticism as well as the Thoth Tarot for glimpses of the Soul and it’s subtle and not so subtle nudges.

Over the years, many of my travels have been dedicated to intensive retreats and trainings, blending my own personal healing with professional growth.

Very notable places have been South America, Peru, California and South East Asia. I draw strength and power from these experiences from visiting the sacred resting places of my ancestors and the journey of my own soul.
