About Me

For nearly 20 years, I’ve worked as a mixed-medium bodyworker and healer based in Brighton and Hove UK, specialising in structural integration, clinical massage, and trauma-focussed therapies including Dowist based Abdominal Massage and Thai Massage Therapy. My interests led me to pursue a path in Shamanism, Regression Therapy and more recently “Life Between Lives”. I see all of these modalities as great tools that have helped me heal my own childhood and early adulthood trauma, as well as become a much more well rounded human being!

My passion for my work is deeply intwined by a lifelong journey of self-inquiry and spiritual exploration through meditation, ritual and ceremony. My Shamanic experience is birthed from both Celtic and Incan traditions, travel to these sacred lands has been a blessing! I provide these energy sessions that are greatly aligned to helping everyone in the community, no matter what background!

My work is an extension of ritual, every bodywork session and every healing session is an opportunity for learning for both parties, as well as deep listening without judgment or forcing advices. .

Over the years I have studied a great deal of Buddhism, Vedanta, Jungian Studies and more recently Gnosticism. I have a playful use of Tarot and love a good chat about the Soul, archetypes and symbolic messages we can glean from our dream time!!!

Very notable places have been South America, Peru, California and South East Asia. I draw strength and power from these experiences from visiting the sacred resting places of my ancestors and the journey of my own soul.
